For Requests Submitted Before 4:45 p.m. on a Business Date, a technician will be scheduled the next business day after the date the request was submitted.
"For Requests Submitted on a Non-Business Day OR After 4:45 p.m. on
a Business Day a technician will be scheduled on the 2nd business day after the date the request was submitted. Once this transfer request is submitted, a utility technician will go out to read the meter so a final bill can be prepared."
